Media Pass Information and Agreement
Media passes will be available for pickup at the Main booth located at the entrance.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Matsuri Festival of Cars.
Approved media personnel will be granted early access to the venue, prior to the event’s public opening, to capture content in a less crowded setting. All-access media credentials may include limited access to the main stage for the purpose of filming or photographing the crowd, cars, performers, speakers and other stage activity. These passes are limited in number and will be issued at the discretion of Matsuri Festival of Cars staff. Media representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not distract from or interfere with on-stage preparations, performances or presentations.
We encourage media teams to capture the full scope of the event. Coverage should reflect all aspects of the show, including vendors, sponsors, attendees, and crowd experiences such as entry lines.
If any event coverage is used for promotional purposes related to other activities (e.g., automotive meets or future events), Matsuri Festival of Cars must be properly credited or tagged in the associated content. Any use of photos or media that depicts Matsuri Festival of Cars in a negative light or could harm the event’s reputation is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, you agree to provide digital copies of all photographs or media captured during the event upon request by Matsuri Festival of Cars representatives. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may constitute a breach of this agreement and could result in legal action and/or permanent disqualification from future Matsuri Festival of Cars events.
